In order for our Saturday Road Rides to take place, we need volunteers to lead. If you can lead a ride or two (or even more) that would be fantastic and we would like to hear from you. There is a page of guidance and notes to help ride leaders and new riders here. Our amazing club is run purely by volunteers. If you would like to do your bit, here’s your chance. Thank you! Sat 30th 16-18 (15-17!!) Ride

Hi Everyone, As we get in to more of a winter training mode I’ll lead a ride on Saturday with a guide pace of 15-17. This means we’ll actively back it off a bit on the hills to level out the effort while still maintaining a good overall pace. Plan is to head to Ermington, up the valley to Avonwick and on to Totnes. From here it’s through Ipplepen to Newton Abbot and back via Ashburton (unless anyone wants to go to 360 for coffee and cake!). Should mean we get a good tailwind on the return leg…keeping everything crossed! … Read more…
