YOGi Cycling AGM – Sat 14th Sep 2019

Hi All,

You are invited to attend the YOGi AGM at 1pm, Saturday 14th September at Roborough Village Hall and help us celebrate the start of our 9th year as a British Cycling affiliated club and (we believe!) the 32nd of our clubs history. Truth is it was all so informal in those early days non of us can be certain.

If you choose to drive, we advise parking on the road that bisects Roborough village, it is a ‘No Through Road’ accessed from the A376 dual carriageway approx. 400M before the Tesco Roundabout (from Yelverton). Very limited parking is available at the hall on a first come first served basis.

As usual ride lead volunteers will be appreciated for our road rides.  If you do volunteer and happy to ride past the hall early in the ride, please state that is so. That way anyone who wants to bring a post ride change of clothes can leave them in the hall ready.

Rides will aim to end back at the Village Hall around the 13:00 when the BBQ will be merrily cooking away. Family members very welcome to join us too of course.

It will be our usual thing; time for a general gathering and social chit chat, followed by the formalities of the AGM.  This really will be short, sharp and simple, and will be followed by our annual awards.

Full Agenda below:-

Call to Order and thanks for Attending

Annual Report – Summary of Key Moments/Achievements

            Year end Financial Account Status

            Awards ceremony

We expect a natural end around 15:00 (though we have the hall booked until 17:00).
