Michael Taylor kindly takes the 10-12 this weekend, full route and cafe stop to be confirmed on the morning
Trevor Monk amongst otherd are doing another roadies go mountain biking on Saturday; Hq, bike track to Yelverton,Burrator, widow maker, Princetown, then back to AGM.
Alternative early doors fondo ride this Saturday (15th Sept). Meet at YOGi HQ at 7am. Ride: Anticlockwise Moors loop (Buckfastleigh – Holne – Princetown – Tavistock – Home) Pace 16mph+ Distance 65 miles We aim to be back in Plympton/Plymstock for 11am so we tend not to stop at cafes. Those that want to enjoy a cafe stop can do so at the end at Rockets on the Barbican.

Terry Casey is your man this week and plans to lead the following route; HQ – Smithaleigh, back roads to Cornwood, Ivybridge, Wrangaton, around to Ermington, then coffee at Endsleigh Farm Shop (at 24 miles). Then back to HQ. Distance 32 miles, 2000 feet elevation.

I have 9 names confirmed for the Velodrome in October. Last few days to put name down, however i need at least 15-16 names. Failure to get numbers, will result in cancellation of event which would be a massive shame YOGi – Newport Velodrome Trip – 7th October 2018
Mike Taylor has kindly offered to lead the 12-14 ride this weekend; 12-14. Route probably to St. Germans via the bridge, Blunts, Pillaton, Tideford. Coffee at The Jolly Roger at Craft hole. It’ll prob be at the lower end of the ride speed range.

Hi all I cannot believe that a whole year has passed since our last visit. Therefore I’m super excited to announce that this returns again this year and we have a booking at the Newport Velodrome for Sunday 7th October, with track time 12 noon – 4 pm. So that I can now work out the cost per head, please confirm your DEFINITE interest to attend the event. The cost per head will again include the 4 hour Velodrome hire, an accredited coach to lead the session and individual bike hire. Justin Stanbrook is the man to blame for the pain this weekend!!! 14-16 ride for Saturday, it’s a return to Bodmin moor for us From HQ it’s a short ride to the ferry, from there out through polbathic, picking up the looe road slowly making our way out to bolventor and Jamaica inn, coffee stop is either at draynes cafe or sibleyback before making our way back to the torpoint ferry Route is 65 miles and 4800ft of climbing This route includes duloe hill! Sadly this week’s TT has been cancelled. We just don’t have the numbers confirming their wish to participate and gaining volunteers during the Summer holidays is a nightmare.
