Hi all Thank you for your continued patience over the past few months and since the AGM when it was revealed that we would be going with Castelli for all of our Road cycling kit (MTB kit in a DH/Enduro Style will follow in due course) It’s been a busy few months since then with ensuring the kit design was implemented within the applicable Castelli cuts. Thank you to Andy Burch for lending his services to lead the 14-16 Group this weekend. Plan is as follows; Bellever forest loop, Cafe stop at the Foxtor, incorporating the Coffin Stone, amongst some other inclines 🚴
Mike Smith will lead the 16-18 ride on Saturday; B&Q – Wotter – Yelverton – Princetown – Postbridge – Widdicombe – Ashburton – Buckfastleigh for coffee and Home. Thanks for volunteering Mike
Yogi 12-14 ride 18th November This week I’ve planned a slightly shorter ride but with two good hill challenges to make up for it. Route as follows – HQ – Roborough – Denham Bridge (first climb) – Bere Alston – Gulworthy – Gunnislake (2nd climb) – on to Louis Tea Room for refreshments, well earned after Gunnislake hill! Return route will be Callington – back lanes to Hatt – Saltash – Tamar Bridge – Crownhill – HQ Route is around 40 miles with 1150m of elevation. route can be viewed here – https://www.strava.com/routes/3237347 Andy Greaves

George junction, Yelverton, Dousland, Burrator, Sheepstor, Cadover, Wotter and down dragon hill to Cornwood for a big breakfast morning Then either home or extend depending on how full we all are
Big thanks to Phil Knight this weekend for leading the 14-16 ride. Quick overview of the ride is Plympton – Ivybridge – Avonwick – Totnes – Paignton (cafe stop) then return via same route. Around 54 miles. Have a good ride all

Thanks to Steve Cross for stepping in and taking the 16-18 Route this weekend The plan will be focused around Torcross / Slapton. So a likely Gara Bridge climb and out the the Dartmouth area before heading back via the Stunning coastline that is Slapton Coffee stop tbc on route
14-16 ride joint lead Andy Burch and J Warren Esq (Extreme Adventure Cyclist ) HQ for 09;00 pick up at Tamar Bridge 09:30 ish, Hatt , Pillaton Tideford Cross Cutmere Lane , Tideford, St Germans Polbathic, up the hill to Narkurs (avoiding valley road closure at Seaton) drop down to Seaton for café stop, then Downderry Hill, usual cut off at Tregantle for those that want a short cut, but the ride will continue on the coast road to Kingsand then down to Millbrook and back roads to St John and back to the ferry, there maybe some dog dirty … Read more…
To ensure the 12-14, 16-18 and 18+ rides continue as per normal this week. We kindly ask that a ride leader comes forward on the morning and a route determined. Please note that Ride leading doesnt have to be a solo thing.
Ray Cooke is very kindly going to lead the 10/12 ride. Heading down the Embankment, to Elburton and back roads to Modbury. Whilst enjoying the 4 mile hill, Cally cross, Wrangy and back. Cafe stop to be sorted enroute.

Return is the usual route along Roborough Down or the cycle path whichever is more popular. Distance from B@Q about 33 miles.
