Confirmed drivers will be; Myself – Can take 3 at push 4 Peter Grzelinski – Whom can take 4 – 5 Richard Lewis – Can take 3 David Skinner – Can take 3 at push 4 (Meeting in Ivybridge) Pete Cantin – Can take 3 Meeting with be for 1015am at YOGi HQ, depart for 1030 and quick stop at Dave Skinners in Ivybridge shortly after. Both the 16-18 and 18+ are in need of a leader and route this week. If both can be determined on the morning, that will be great Have a good weekend and see those attending the Velodrome tomorrow
Thank you to Mike Taylor for coming up trumps and leading the 10-12 ride this week; Route is Newnham Park, Deux Alpes, Yelverton, Peek Hill to Princetown. Cafe stop will be the Foxtor Cafe. Return is the usual route along Roborough Down or the cycle path whichever is more popular. Distance from B@Q about 33 miles.
Thanks to Phil Knight this week for coming forward to lead the 14-16 ride Planned route as follows; Probably out to Moreleigh, Kingsbridge, back via Modbury and maybe a cafe stop at Bigbury. Around 56 miles.
A big thanks to Helen Ould who is stepping up to the leader plate for the 1st time. Her planned route is as follows; 9am Start at YOGi Hq. 12-14mph to Buckfasteigh via Marley Head and Dartington. Circa 44 miles and coffee stop to be confirmed

With it looking to be a quiet club riding weekend due to the Lands End Sportive and alternate Roadie MTB day. We are short on the ground for leaders. Therefore to ensure all rides continue as planned, a ride leader and route will need to be determined on the morning. Have a great ride all. Ps its not too late to attend the Velodrome next Sunday. If interested please let me know. It is open to everyone and full training will be provided through a Qualified coach. GO ON, what you waiting for.
Trevor Monk has organised for another Roadies do MTB ride on Saturday 7th Oct. Meeting 9am at Yelverton rock for a Practice run of the Tour de Moor route. Please comment to confirm your interest

Andy Greaves is your man leading the 14-16 this week; As its still September and not too cold to go up onto the moors (and no mention of rain in the forcast), this week we will be doing the Ashburton/Poundsgate/Dartmeet climb (Oh lucky you!!!) The route can be viewed here – https://www.strava.com/routes/3422716 Cafe stop will be at Fox Tor at 30 miles into ride, so come prepared with plenty of snacks etc. 50 miles with 5000 feet elevation.
This weeks ride is being led by Bryan Millings, route is as follows; 10-12 group will head out to Long Ash Garden centre this week. From B&Q head out Cornwood via Sparkwell. Left at the cricket pitch . Relaxed climb up Dragon hill and make our way past Cadover bridge. We’re decide as a group whether to go to Sheepstor and around Burrator or go straight to Yelverton. Then off to our cake shop at the Garden centre. We’re either return home along the cycle path or over Roborough Downs. At the most distance is 34 miles.
Hi all I cannot believe that a whole year has passed since our last visit. Therefore I’m super excited to announce that this returns again this year and we have a booking at the Newport Velodrome for Sunday 15th October, with track time 2pm – 6pm. So that i can now work out the cost per head, please confirm your DEFINITE interest to attend the event. The cost per head will again include Coach travel, Velodrome hire, an accredited coach to lead the session and individual bike hire. Thank you to Andy Burch this week, route as follows; 14/16 ride SE Cornwall 50 mile ride, leave HQ at usual time pick up at Tamar Bridge around 09:20 for those that want to meet here, out to Hatt ,Pillaton etc, cafe stop at Seaton,back via Tregantle, for those that want to get back early,straight to Torpoint, but ride will continue on the Rame Head coast road round to Kingsand and back via Millbrook etc to the ferry https://www.strava.com/routes/7065121
