Andy Burch and Greg Mack will take the B Ride Sat 27/05/17, heres the plan: B&Q cycle path to Yelverton,pick up here 09:45 latest, on uo to Princetown, out to Postbridge, right turn then back roads to Widdecombe, Buckland in the Moor,then drop down to Buckfastleigh train station for cafe stop (please note this is 30 miles + into the ride so bring plenty of food to fuel you on those hills !) Hi all Onto our next Summer Event and its visit number 2 to the Torbay Velopark. Tuesday 6th June. 6-8pm. This is the perfect opportunity to take part in either Group ride training (To be provided by David Fletcher if we have the numbers?) or just to ride as many laps as you wish and as fast as you wish (Safety first mind!) There is no entrance fee and all hire costs have been covered by the club. We have access to Leisure Centre toilets but not to changing room facilities. Thanks to Andy Greaves for volunteering to lead the B group this weekend, his plan as follows; So keeping things nice and simple this week, route as follows – HQ to the Torpoint Ferry, Antony, Millbrook, Cawsands, Freathy and back towards Antony Hill, from here we follow the road all the way to Downderry & Seaton for our Cafe Stop. After the Cafe stop we head for Hessenford, Polbathic, Shaviock, Torpoint and then back to HQ The route can be viewed here – https://www.strava.com/routes/8774040 45 miles, 3500ft elevation, pace with be 12-14. Justin Stanbrook, will be leading the C ride this week and rightly so after recent performances. The route will be the same route as the B ride, however the cafe stop will be on Torcross rather than Blackpool Sands Full details of route, see B ride. Mike Smith will be captaining the D ride. Plan is as follows; Meet at ferry for 0800 then 2 up to trerulefoot and back to Anthony. Group ride to Rame then across to Seaton for coffee. Then Hessenford, Trerulefoot, Tideford, St ive, Callington and home.

Mr Shotton has stepped in as a volunteer to lead the A ride this weekend, hes a man with a plan; HQ, Torpoint, Polbathic then back lanes to Kit Hill. Back via Saltash and Crownhill Road. Cafe stop tbc Approx 44 miles and 3600ft
