I will lead the 12-14 ride to No Mans Land on Saturday. Starting at Furniture World Coypool we will go to the Torpoint Ferry then via Crafthole to Downderry. We will climb Looe hill out of Seaton and on to No Mans Land and back to the Farm Shop near Widegates for a break. Then returning via Hessenford, Narkurs, Polbathic, Sheviock, Anthony and Torpoint. The route this week is Ridgeway, Lyneham, Lee Mill, Ivybridge, Wrangaton, Ermington, Yealmpton, and back to B&Q. Come prepared for Rain and an Easterly wind. Peter
Leisure Ride will go to Buckfastliegh via Ridgeway, Lee Mills, Ivybridge, South Brent and back the same way. Pace will be according to the slowest rider. Please come prepared for 30 miles, there will be a strong headwind all the way to Buckfast but should be a breeze coming home.

Route is Cornwood, Cadover Bridge, Dousland, Yelverton, Long Ash Garden Centre. Returning Meavy, Cadover Bridge, Elfordleigh. About 30 Miles Steady pace. Peter and Jeanette are your leaders
We will be leaving via the Ridgeway towards Ivybridge with an early stop at Wrangaton café as its going to be cold early. Then we will return via Ermington Yealmpton and Saltram to make a round trip of 27 miles, You can see the route on www.plotaroute.com/route/197342
We are off to Buckfastleigh Steam Railway Café, Not a difficult route with a reasonable amount of cycle paths and back lanes. Distance is a bit more than usual for this ride but if you are struggling you can stop at South Brent. Weather looks dry with a NW wind so hopefully it will not be a headwind. We will attempt to find our way through Saltram park and out to Jennycliff then over to Wembury and back to the Yealmpton road and on to Ermington, to Wrangaton. After the stop we will have a wind assisted ride back to B&Q along the roads and cycle paths bordering the A38. About 33 Miles at the pace of our slowest riders. The route for the Leisure Ride will have some climbing to the halfway point then ease to a more gentle gradients back to B&Q. Newnham, Cornwood, Wotter, Cadover Bridge, Sheepstor, Burrator, Yelverton and to Long Ash Garden Centre for a Break. Return skirting the Airfield and Golf Course then along the main road to Park & Ride and on to B&Q.. As the weather looks fine for tomorrow morning we are going to Buckfastleigh and back, its a popular venue for a Leisure ride as the climbing is not severe and some of the route is cycle path. There will be a bit of a headwind on the way home but nothing too strong. Come and try a Yogi ride if you have not been out with us before, this is a good one if you can ride 30 miles on your own.
We are off to Cornwall again this week, after a warm-up through Plymouth to the Ferry we will go to Polbathick and climb up to the top of Downderry hill then left along the coast with a tailwind to Crafthole where we will visit the Gook Café with a lovely view of the sea. Route back is straightforward run to Torpoint and through town to B&Q
Route is as follows. Sparkwell, Lutton, Cornwood, Wotter, Sheepstor, Dousland, Walkhampton, Sampford Barton, B3357, Pork Hill, Merrivale to Princetown. Stop at Fox Tor Café, we will need it!! at about 30 miles. Then Back to Dousland and Meavy HillClimb, Cadover, Elfordleigh, Colebrook and back to B&Q. About 45 miles
