Thanks to Andy Greaves for volunteering to lead the B group this weekend, his plan as follows;
So keeping things nice and simple this week, route as follows –
HQ to the Torpoint Ferry, Antony, Millbrook, Cawsands, Freathy and back towards Antony Hill, from here we follow the road all the way to Downderry & Seaton for our Cafe Stop.
After the Cafe stop we head for Hessenford, Polbathic, Shaviock, Torpoint and then back to HQ

45 miles, 3500ft elevation, pace with be 12-14.
