Spring Sportive Centurion Training #4 – 11th April

Thanks to Steve Sendall for offering another 100 mile sportive training ride:

After last month’s TOUGH ride I thought something a tad easier. So, as promised, Bude is on the cards this month.

So it’s a 08:00 start at B&Q. Saturday the 11th. See the link at the bottom of this post for the route:

B&Q – TAVISTOCK – CHILLATON – LIFTON – OLD A30 TO LAUNCESTON – YEOLMBRIDGE – REDPOST – LEFT INTO BUDE – WIDEMOUTH BAY CAFE STOP HERE – OUT TO MARSHGATE – DAVIDSTOW – HALLWORTHY – KENNARDS HOUSE – CONGDONS SHOP – COADS GREEN – CALLINGTON – BACK ROAD TO HATT – SALTASH – B&Q

Please note it is essential that you have food (GELS-ENERGY BARS) and two bottles also a waterproof to keep you warm and dry!!!!!!!

We will keep a steady pace and won’t leave anyone behind. If you do go haring off the front, wait at the next junction or come back and help the slower riders.

Well done to Richard Shotton for his first 100 last month.

Please put your name in the comments box if you’re coming.

Cheers, Steve
