Plymouth Corinthians “King of the Hill” Competition

Well it may be short notice but for the sado-masochists or lean and wiry whippets amongst you the Corries are once again running their “King of the Hill” competition next Saturday 18th October at Cotehele House 🙂

The perfect event for when one brutal all out effort in a day simply isn’t enough…and if you like to see others suffer, be sure to get along and watch!

They say:

Riders take part in the timed hill climb in the morning, this event also doubles up at the Corries Hill Climb championships.

We then take the top 32 riders and have a head to head showdown to find the King of the Hill as we race head to head in an eliminator style.

Prizes for fastest male and female rider.

Racing takes place in the beautiful Cotehele house with a closed road hill climb that is around 300m long but pretty steep (read really steep!). No cars, just amazing riding.

It’s also a great place for spectators so get along and watch the action!

Registration Open – 09:00

Hill Climb Begins – 10:00

Tea break!

King of the Hill Begins – 12:00

End of event and prize giving – 13:30

Entry £7.50

We say:

Good luck to all taking part in this great event, it would be brilliant to see some YOGi colours in the thick of it…are you insane tough enough? 😀
