Plymouth Sky Ride Help – Volunteers Required Sunday 12th May

This year’s Sky Ride will be held within Central Park with the rides taking place between 10:00am and 4pm. Full details here  www.plymouth.gov.uk/skyride and opened by the current Tour of Britain winner, Devons own Jonathan Tiernan Locke.

YOGi Cycling will have a whole day presence with our Gazebo prominent in the Cycling Village at Cottage Field, here we will be joined by other local clubs and bike retailors, all with the same shared theme: – Encouraging the hundreds of participants on the day to make riding a life style rather than a once or twice a year event.

It is also an opportunity to sing the praises of being a club member to those who do cycle but have not thought about/found the courage to join a cycling club!

If you are willing to help out for say 1 hour during the day please put your name below in comments and ideally we will have enough volunteers and a good mix of male and female members to be able to fairly share the staffing of our gazebo throughout the day.  I will communicate further to all volunteers but in the meantime any questions contact me via any of the usual channels!

Regardless of whether you can help or not it would be great to see you and your family members enjoying a cycling day and visting our gazebo, there are lots of interesting things planned.

I will be there for the whole day and will appreciate whatever help I can get!
