As we get in to more of a winter training mode I’ll lead a ride on Saturday with a guide pace of 15-17. This means we’ll actively back it off a bit on the hills to level out the effort while still maintaining a good overall pace.
Plan is to head to Ermington, up the valley to Avonwick and on to Totnes. From here it’s through Ipplepen to Newton Abbot and back via Ashburton (unless anyone wants to go to 360 for coffee and cake!). Should mean we get a good tailwind on the return leg…keeping everything crossed!
If there are not many out we might join up with the 14-16 and stay as one group, at an appropriate pace of course! 🙂
