This week Debbie McCall and Paul Cunningham (Yorkie) are going to take the lead. And there is an additional inspiration to ride as it is Debbie’s birthday too! 🙂
The birthday route is planned as below, with an option of two stops this week, in order to celebrate with Debs. This is what she says to you all you lucky people. 😆
The plan is………as it is my 21st birthday (again!!!!) and the fact that I am a bit of a lightweight on the bike at the moment, that I will require a couple of stops to recharge my reserves this week, and of course the inimitable company of one “Yorkie” to assist and lead in equal proportions.
Leaving Plympton via Duez Alpes, turning right (not left) at the top and to descend Dragon Hill into Cornwood, on to Ivybridge and then Wrangaton for our first cup of coffee (mind the ice!!!!)
After a swift calorie top up we will zoom down the Erme Valley, heading for the Mothecombe turn off, and the onwards to Noss Mayo, where The Swan will be waiting to welcome us, for soup and sarnies ready for our climb out of Newton Ferrers (obviously 2 options here ;-))
On to Yealmpton and then back to B&Q by a mutually agreed route at the time, depending on mood, weather, numbers and time.
Sounds like a really great time is going to be had this week! So meet as usual folks.
9am B&Q Coypool for more fun on the bike!
