It promises to be a great day weather wise and, being December, I thought we would take a trip to Cornwall’s Beaches / SE Coast.
Normal start at B&Q 9am. From here we will head out to the Torpoint Ferry via Embankment Road, past Faraday Mill and behind Warner Village to Notte Street. Then onward and upwards up through Devonport.
Once across, we will go up through Torpoint and take a left on Trevol Road past HMS Raleigh. We then head down towards St John and on to Millbrook – Kingsand – Cawsand leading us onto Military Road (Rame Coastal road)
We then join back up with the Main road and head out towards Downderry & Seaton for a stop at the Seaton Beach Cafe.
After our Refreshment Stop, we will ride towards Hessonford and then follow the A374 towards home. Taking us through Polbathic – Sheviock – Anthony -Torpoint and back on board the Ferry.
Back on Dry land, we then head up Albert Road onto Outland Road, past Home Park and Morrisons and come off at Crownhill Police Station roundabout. From here we head down to Forder Valley road for a fast descent leading onto a sprint finish to our end point at B&Q.
Approx 45 mile route. Don’t forget to pack your Suncream? Shades and pocket money for a 99 (Icecream)
See you Saturday
