Saturday 12B Road Ride – 24th January

Hi All,

Not one of our usual offerings but something that Steve Sendall (good on him!) as set up for anyone wanting to start training for a sportive or two.  These are Steve’s own words.

I will be helping some fellow riders bag their first 100 miles in preparation for the Plymouth Gran Fondo and to show them they can easily do it. There are plenty of bailout options and a good café stop that we will pass several times.   Anyone is welcome to join us and have ago at 50, 70 or the 100 miles.

My words now! I’m intrigued about passing the same cafe stop several times 🙂

This ride is not to replace our usual ’12’ ride which we aim to remain suitable for those who prefer a shorter ride that maintains an average speed of around 12 mph and/or those ready and wanting to move up from the Leisure Ride. So we still need a leader for that this week so great if someone (or two sharing works better) please contact us or comment below and we will formerly post.
