Saturday 14 Road Ride – 4th January

Happy New Year everyone!

Having just seen the somewhat dramatic BBC weather forecast there is a chance that once again Saturday will be blessed with a suitable for riding weather window, albeit in between two pretty severe storms.  BUT do look out for news early Saturday morning as if it looks in anyway stormy and hence dodgy roads we will not run a led ride.  In which case, if you still want to ride at your own risk, turn up and take your chance.  If it is a safe riding day Chris G and me will lead you on the first stage of removing the festive excesses.  Here’s hoping then!

So assuming some debris on the minor roads we will stick to the main routes and head to Seaton.

Route is City Centre – Torpoint (aiming to arrive for the 09:45 ferry) – Anthony – Polbathic – Hessenford – Seaton (for a low fat cafe stop 🙂 – Downderry – Tregantle – Torpoint – Home.

So, as a recap, do check the web site on early Saturday morning if the weather is in anyway inclement.
