The ride will be at base/tempo heart rate. As group leader I will be looking for disciplined group riding and will not be encouraging cyclists riding off the front or people being dropped off the back. If people are quicker up hills, rather than waiting at the top, the expectation will be to loop around and join up with the tail of the group. This will enable the group to maintain a steady heart rate.
Distance will be 90 miles ish however there will be the chance to bail out around 40 miles for those who fancy a shorter ride
Route will be Yelverton, Horrabridge, Princetown, Ashburton, Wrangton, Dartmouth, Slapton, Kingsbridge, Loddiswell, Ermington, then HOME weeeeeeeee
Cafe stop will be at Slapton
