Saturday B Road Ride – 31st October
Thanks to Mark Brooker for volunteering to lead this week His route will be a trip to Salcombe, not so sure you will be needing your Sun lotion this time round though. The Cake stop this week will be at the Wrinkly Prawn, Salcombe Approx 54.5 Miles & 5185 ft of climbing. To be conducted at usual B ride pace. Thanks to Bill Booth for volunteering to lead the B ride this weekend, route as follows; B&Q – Forder Valley – Saltash Bridge – Hatt – lanes towards Callington – A390 down to Liskeard – lanes thro Duloe to – Looe – cafe stop @ Tasty corner West Looe circa 30 miles in – Hessenford – Polbathic – Sheviock – Torpoint ferry – B&Q. Distance 53.8 mile full loop. B ride mph average applies 12-14 Forecast – Dry!!!
Saturday B Road Ride – 10th October
Thanks to Will Watts for volunteering to lead the B ride this weekend, his route is as follows; Route for B Ride this Saturday is heading to Lydford. Leaving B&Q, heading up Larkham Lane and along Plymbridge Rd, picking up the main road to Roborough, then heading to Denham Bridge and continuing on to Gulworthy, down into Tavistock, then taking the A386 before turning off at Lydford. Café stop at Lydford Gorge (approx. 30 miles in) then heading back towards Brentor. Back into Tavistock and heading back through Whitchurch, Horrabridge and Walkhampton. A big thank you and Welcome back to Andy Burch, who has volunteered to lead the B ride this week. His route as follows; Plan is for Totnes and back, leave B&Q to Ivybridge, South Brent, Rattery, Dartington, Cafe stop at Steamer Quay (booked) back on A381 out of Totnes to Harberton, Diptford, Avonwick, down the valley to Ermington, Ivybridge and back, Something for everyone, bit of flat, bit of hillage around 50 miles :))) Thank again, have a good ride
Saturday B Road Ride – 26th September
Thank you to Justin Cartwright who has volunteered to lead the B road ride this weekend, his route as follows; HQ, Leigham, Novorossiysk Rd to George (can meet here at 9.30), Denham Bridge, Gulworthy, Longcross, head towards South Brentor turn right towards Tavistock. Cafe stop in Bob’s, then Pork, Merrivale, Princetown and home across the Downs. Pace will be 14 – no one will be left behind. Distance is about 50 miles. Route looks to be a good one with a Trip to the Haunted Jamaica Inn!!! *** 0900 hours at the ferry**** Route as follows: Torpoint to Trulefoot crossing the A38 to Bethany (care here) then back lanes to Blunts. Its then a flat ride to St Eve crossong the A390 to Pensilva. His route as follows; Route will be – From hq – Lee moor – Cadover – Yelverton – Princetown – Two bridges – Tavistock – Bob’s cafe for refreshments – Whitchurch – Walkhampton – Yelverton – Roborough – HQ. 43 miles and 4800 ft climbing (according to Strava) Pace will be 14

Thanks to Jonathan Warren for volunteering to lead the B ride this weekend, his route as follows; This week we’ll be heading out using the route to Seaton via Torpoint, Kingsand / Cawsand, Rame, Freathy, Downderry. With a well earned cafe stop at Seaton which is about 26 miles into the ride Then loop back to Antony via Hessenford, Torpoint and back! It’s about 44 miles in total! Hope to see you there

Sorry for the delay in getting this posted, couldn’t get onto the info account. Anyhow thank you to Mark Reed for volunteering to lead the B ride this weekend, his route as follows; For the inbetweeners this week we are heading to Totnes. Route as follows, Plympton through Ivybridge and to Wrangaton. Turning right over the A38 and then dropping down to Avonwick. Then to Diptford, Harbertonford, Bow, Ashbrington, Totnes for Cafe stop at Steamer Quay. Heading back along Plymouth Road to Avonwick, South Brent, Wrangaton, Ivybridge and home. 55 miles with some climbing! Have a good ride all

Thank you to Andrew Greaves for volunteering to lead the B Ride this weekend, his route as follows; This week route as follows – From HQ we head along the embankment and then take a left towards Plymstock. We follow this road out to Modbury. Once through Modbury we take a right at the top of the hill towards Bigbury. Café stop will be at Bigbury (down by the beach). Thanks to Andy Burch for leading the B ride this weekend, his route as follows; B&Q to Tamar Bridge pick up here to leave at 09:45 latest Out to Hatt, back road to Callington then Gunnislake to Tavy, cafe stop at Bobs Merrivale climb to Princetown, then down to Dousland, with a different return via back roads, via Meavy to Goodameavy then Bickleigh and Roborough That’s 55 of my miles with some Hillage as usual, please note pace will be B ride ave 14mph Enjoy all, Weathers looking good!

Thank you to Bill Booth for volunteering to lead the B ride this weekend, then plan is as follows; As I am being joined by an Australian friend (John) I met at last years TdF, I intend to lead as scenic route as possible therefore will leave B&Q, around the Hoe to Torpoint Ferry – 09.45 as normal.
