Benefits to Members

Apart from the fact that you get to be part of a fantastic club that has a wealth of experience, a wide choice of rides that you can join, an opportunity to learn and train in company, an array of characters and lots of jovial fun and social gatherings (we could go on!), there are other benefits to joining up with the YOGi’s. When you join:

  • Weekly email updates.
  • Free membership of British Cycling for the first year – if you are a first-time member . Club Membership of British Cycling enables insurance cover for ride leaders.

On production of your membership card the following shops have confirmed in writing what they offer to club members.  Most shops may do a discount on production of your membership card. If you have a good relationship with your local bike shop, please have them email the committee to be added to the list below:

  • 10% to 15% discount at cycling shops:
    • Certini Bicycle Co, Saltash.
      15% off RRP on current bike models, and the Majority of accessories and components
      (certain brands we will need to look at individually)

  • 15% discount off bar and restaurant food (not drinks or snacks) at the Miners Arms, Hemerdon.
  • 10% off driving lessons with the Sound School of Motoring.
  • 20% off the first  2 treatments and 10% thereafter at Louise Briggs Sports Therapy.
